Terms of use

Draft outline — not final terms of service.

Balanced geometric scales of clarity for draft terms of use

Draft. This page is not indexed and does not create final contractual commitments. Final terms must be approved before promoting public registration.

Current service

MODEX currently offers guided website-brief conversations in the customer workspace. Features marked as future are not part of the service yet.

Accounts

Access uses mobile OTP through MODEX Core when configured. You are responsible for the device and number you use to sign in.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse OTP, automated access or the platform to harm others. Detailed rules will appear in the approved terms.

Availability

The product is under active development. Features may change; unfinished capabilities are labeled honestly on the site.

Future features
